Replace a closed branch library with a room the whole town wants to spend an evening in.

Aldermere Library
A room for the evening
Three floors of galleries curve around a daylit well. From any desk you can see across the whole library, which is why people stay.
Loans are up 140 percent, and the late opening is always full.
